I have built my business experience through managing my own companies, business development and participation in strategic projects for international corporations. I was a member of the team responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan of a multinational corporation, as well as for the takeover and acquisition processes of several foreign-owned companies.

As an investor and consultant, I have participated in investment projects and acquisition processes in international markets, including Ukraine and Middle Eastern countries. These experiences have given me insight into various business systems, investment opportunities and the challenges of cross-border operations.

My specific area of expertise includes optimizing production processes, reducing costs and improving business operations, with an emphasis on sustainable growth and long-term company value.

I share my practical professional experience with students as a guest lecturer at VERN University and other international institutions, as well as with entrepreneurs and managers through business seminars, including “The Philosophy of Success from an Entrepreneur's Perspective.” The goal of my seminars is to help business professionals with personal development, leadership development, and enhancing their business competencies.

I consider the successful family transition I carried out, through which I transferred my own companies and responsibility for their operations to my sons, to be my greatest business achievement, ensuring continuity and laying the foundation for the further development of family entrepreneurship.

Alongside my professional career, a significant part of my life's journey has been marked by my athletic career. I was a national team karate athlete for a former country of Yugoslavia, an experience that further shaped my approach to discipline, perseverance, responsibility and goal achievement.

I am a member of the Economic Council of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) and vice president of the Council of the Metalworking Industry Association of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK).

I served as the director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship Education – E4E.
