Conventional business literature convinces us that waking up early, outworking everyone else, and blindly trusting our vision is all it takes \u2013 celebrating only the victors. Yet, we rarely ask why someone who did the exact same thing ultimately failed. Once we know the outcome, we rewrite history to fit the winner: if they succeed, we call them visionaries; if they fail, we label them stubborn and reckless. The fundamental blind spot of the business world is studying a handful of winners while ignoring the graveyard of those who made identical decisions. This blog is dedicated to the culture of failure, objective circumstances, and deliberate decision-making in business and economics. The goal is not to offer universal formulas, because no universal formula exists.
