Test quickly, detect failure early, and waste no time defending a flawed decision. However, speed alone is insufficient. Only through rigorous analysis of failure can we adapt effectively and make superior decisions moving forward.

This is why I consistently emphasize that there is no formula for success. We can replicate every single move of those who succeeded and still fail, simply because the underlying variables have changed. The circumstances, the timing, the market demand, and the broader environment.

German business culture traditionally relies on meticulous planning, precision, established procedures, and error prevention. For decades, this model functioned exceptionally well under conditions of accessible energy, skilled labor, and relatively predictable markets.

Today, however, circumstances are shifting at an unprecedented pace. Energy has become more costly, skilled labor shortages are increasingly acute, and global competition is emerging from regions that execute decisions far more rapidly than before.

Consequently, all of Europe will need to foster a culture of agile decision-making, testing, and rapid adaptation. The structural gap between traditionally advanced economies and transition economies is gradually narrowing.

I am particularly pleased that this entrepreneur immediately recognized the value of the concept and engaged me to instill this mindset within his organization.

I view this as an important validation, but also as proof that the future will not belong solely to those with the most comprehensive plan. It will belong to those who recognize changing circumstances early enough and possess the courage to shift their own paradigm.

In our region, this transition will likely take longer. We still too frequently copy external success models, even though they were forged under conditions that no longer exist.

And past success offers no guarantee for the future.

Jučer, 14. rujna, na online predavanju predstavio sam svoju metodu „Tajna uspjeha u kulturi neuspjeha“.
