It flows relentlessly towards environments offering the optimal calculus of input cost, predictability and return. Facility relocations are driven by the raw mathematical mandate of cost survival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When regulatory regimes overburden productive assets, capital relocates across borders.
