In reality, barely 3% of individuals possess the risk tolerance required to navigate perpetual uncertainty and shoulder the livelihood of others. Another 15% are operational leaders and managers who direct business units and turn vision into scalable reality. The remaining 80% represent the dedicated specialists and executors whose discipline, order and consistency sustain production and daily stability. This division is not a measure of capability, but the structural bedrock of the economy. A systemic imbalance arises when society pressures all people into paths outside their innate calling.
